描述

盡管較早的報道說這株細胞包含腺病毒5 DNA病毒基因組的左端和右端,現在已經清楚只存在左端序列。
這株細胞適于滴定人腺病毒。細胞表達一種不尋常的由整聯蛋白beta-1亞基和玻聯蛋白alpha-v亞基組
成的玻聯蛋白細胞表面受體。Ad5插入片段進行了克隆和測序,結果表明堿基1-4344插入到了19號染
色體(19q13.2)。
