35.1雜交瘤細胞抗CD2
描述：動物用佛波醇肉豆寇酸(PMA)活化的人T淋巴細胞免疫。 脾細胞與gp2/O-Agl4骨髓瘤細胞融合。 抗體與人T細胞表面蛋白Tp50(CD2)反應。 抗體抑制T細胞增殖反應和細胞毒反應，但不抑制抗體倡導的細胞毒反應。
